Before we could start filming, myself and my group had to come together and decide upon the possible risks that could take place while we were filming and put them into a table: the one below.
The importance of creating a Risk Assessment Sheet is so that everybody in the production company and the cast are aware of the risks/dangers and be on the look out for them. The Control measures are put on the table so that people on the set/filming know what to do to prevent the risks from happening in the first place.
